Mastisol is a unit dose medical adhesive that makes even the most difficult to secure dressings and tapes stick. Mastisol contains the highly adhesive, non-water soluble gum mastic resin derived from the bark of the mastic tree. The Mastisol sterile applicator makes it easy and safe to apply to the area where the dressings and tapes are secured.
Mastisol is proven to significantly enhance the adhesiveness of surgical tapes with minimal risk of irritation. Mastisol is available in cartons of 48 individual sterile vials with applicator.
